This is a gentle hands-on therapy that involves lightly touching 32 points on your head. These points, or "bars," store the electromagnetic components of all the thoughts, stress, and emotions that can limit you in different areas of your life. By activating these bars, Access Bars® helps to release stored energy, allowing you to clear mental clutter, reduce stress, and promote a greater sense of mental clarity, relaxation, and ease.
